g. if you're cooking something on the hob for 15mins and don't need to use the handle, you remove it to prevent overheating?What i miss are the covers and the handle on the potato masher could have grooves because my hand is slipping when I use it,I also had trouble washing the removable handle, but I helped myself with a thin sponge(for those who have a dishwasher, this will not be a problem). I can see it maybe being an issue on gas if you were careless but that would happen with any plastic handle. Thanks to the handle, Ingenio stacks to save space, and goes from hob to oven to table and even into the fridge. The stackability is ingenious, I have limited kitchen space and now I have the ability to stack them all in one draw.
