We loved the award winning Hawkridge Blowing Stone and thought we’d try the the newly launched Victorian Blend. In a “copa” glass, filled to the brim with ice, mixed with Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic and garnished with fresh rosemary and a slice of juicy lime.
